Here’s a tasty treat that’s great for any brunch. I know my friend, Chef Christo, will appreciate this as he is as passionate about deliciously prepared eggs as I am. Eggs were poached inside some from scratch herb pasta and topped with crispy parma prosciutto and  chopped tomato that was on the vine only minutes before!       The recipe is some herbs added to my basic pasta recipe, and the poached egg finished inside the pasta.
