Pirate’s enjoyed all the treasures the New World had to offer. Besides gold and salty wenches, that includes two New World treats readily enjoyable today; chocolate and rum. A dark, rich, chocolate pot de crème is infused with the fury of the Kraken to create a pot de Kraken. The Kraken, of course, being a delightfully dark spiced rum. The best dessert this side of Davy Jones’ locker, what say you?
