Doc’d up Bleu

When you visit old classics, such as chicken cordon bleu, never fear to doc up the old versions! Here we made this ham,swiss and chicken classic a four cheeese treat with chevre, smoked gouda and Irish cheddar in addition to the Swiis. ‘Nuff said!

    I am drooling! I need to make this soon, I havent had chicken this way in at least 10 years! Used to buy it frozen already stuffed and now of course I don’t want to eat it this way. Your way is much much better.

    Me too, drooling over here! The other day I remembered my first ‘gourmet’ meal outside of my southern recipes as a teen was a version of this. Saw my neighbor make it and did it myself. My mom said it was too fancy for them, and if I had add the superb cheeses you did, well WOW’ZER I would have blown their country minds LOL
